Abstract

We thank Chater and Shahsavar for their careful reading of our article and for identifying issues that warrant clarification. Following their comments, we identified coordinate-version inconsistencies affecting the PDB records and a limited number of local structural representations. The relevant PDB entries have now been updated, and affected local panels were regenerated using the final refined coordinates. These updates improve consistency between the public structural records and figure presentations, but do not alter the main conclusions of our study.
