1. 人脑中间神经元多样性形成的分子和细胞机制
中间神经元是大脑皮层中除兴奋性锥体神经元之外的另一类重要的神经元类型,其对于神经环路建立及脑功能调控是必不可少的。中间神经元在形态、基因表达、环路连接及电生理活动等方面的多样性是大脑实现复杂而精细功能的基础。
2. 三维类脑器官培养技术的开发及应用
类脑器官是在体外培养的具有与人脑类似结构的三维神经组织,能够很好地模拟神经发生,神经元迁移,皮层分层及神经环路建立等体内过程。另外,得益于病人iPSCs的可获取性,类脑器官被广泛应用于揭示神经系统疾病的发病机制。
