A GPU-driven particle picking program (AutoMatch) based on template matching algorithm.

AutoMatch is a kind of program for picking particles from raw electron microscopy micrographs. It utilized the power from graphics processing unit (GPU) to accelerate the particle picking process, which is faster 100X than using single CPU core. The algorithm of AutoMatch is based on the template matching principle.
