研究方向:

大脑是由数以千亿的神经元组成的,而突触是神经元之间连接和通讯的最基本的功能单元。神经信号的传递涉及多个生物学过程,包括神经冲动在突触前的传导、动作电位在突触后的产生以及神经递质的循环过程。本实验室的研究重点是运用生物化学、结构生物学、电生理、光遗传学等多种手段探究突触中神经信号传递的分子机制,并阐明关键药物靶点与精神疾病药物之间的相互作用机制,为相关疾病的干预提供依据和新的治疗思路。
