抑郁症、精神分裂症、自闭症等精神疾病的病因不明,缺乏个体化的定量生物标记以帮助精准诊疗。针对这一挑战,实验室致力于利用脑成像、人工智能、计算拓扑等多学科交叉方法,以人类和小鼠为研究对象,发展精神疾病定量的脑影像诊疗评估体系:
1. 脑影像大数据建模研究
通过多模态神经影像的数据挖掘和深度学习表征,我们关注建立个体水平稳定的影像学标记,以通过无损方式区分多种精神疾病患者及其内部亚型。
2. 功能磁共振动态脑网络研究
一千个人有一千个哈姆雷特,我们关注不同人在相同自然态刺激(如看电影)下脑网络动态功能表征,从中解码认知和心理健康的个体差异。
3. 跨物种跨尺度脑网络研究
融合人类和小动物神经影像表型以及多组学数据资源,跨尺度解析精神疾病的病理机制。
