  二硫键对很多分泌蛋白和膜蛋白结构的稳定、功能调节有重要贡献,而二硫键形成是蛋白质氧化折叠重要的限速步骤之一。我们对蛋白质氧化折叠系统中的关键酶开展结构功能关系及分子机制研究。近期利用细胞生物学、生物化学和结构生物学多学科交叉研究细胞内蛋白质稳态调节及其对人类健康的影响。
