oRG细胞由于在非人类灵长类动物与人脑皮层中的大量存在,被认为是大脑皮层由无脑回进化到有脑回的关键因素。我们主要运用单细胞转录组深度测序技术,筛选出人脑oRG细胞中的灵长类特异性标记基因,并综合基因条件性过表达技术进一步验证可以促进小鼠神经祖细胞的增殖,从而诱导产后小鼠的皮层增厚和沟回的形成。
