主要包括超分辨显微成像技术和单分子免疫检测技术:
1. 基于干涉定位成像新技术,开发新型的极分辨(<5nm)显微成像技术来研究细胞环境中生物分子及其复合体的结构-功能机制。
2. 开发高灵敏度的单分子免疫检测技术,并进一步应用到生物医学检测。
