  驱动蛋白是细胞内定向运输系统的关键分子马达。我们的研究围绕驱动蛋白如何进行活性调控、如何识别货物等科学问题展开。通过对参与调控细胞内定向货物运输的驱动蛋白进行结构与功能研究,希望可以阐明驱动蛋白调控细胞内定向货物运输的一些基本规律。
