研究方向:

  主要方向是开发单分子定位成像和单分子检测技术:

  1. 利用干涉和冷冻成像新原理、新技术,把单分子定位成像的三维空间分辨率到分子尺度,并拓展其在生物大分子动态分析和纳米尺度细胞结构解析等生命科学研究中的应用;

  2. 发展基于单分子检测的检测方法,实现高灵敏、高通量的数字化免疫检测技术,拓展其在医学检测中的应用。
