研究方向：

　　肿瘤干细胞具有自我更新和分化的能力，是引起肿瘤耐药、复发和转移的重要原因。我们以肝癌为研究对象，探索其发病机制，研究肝癌干细胞的自我更新机制，并筛选发现新的肝癌干细胞标志物，为肝癌的个体化治疗提供新的药物靶点。
