研究方向:

  CRISPR-Cas系统是广泛存在于原核生物中的一种由crRNA介导免疫系统,能够特异性识别并降解外源DNA或RNA。我们运用结构生物学方法,解析CRISPR-Cas系统中蛋白质-RNA/DNA复合体的三维空间结构,综合生物化学的研究手段,进一步探究CRISPR-Cas系统抵御外源核酸入侵的分子机理。
