研究方向:

  小RNA病毒家族是一类无包膜、由正二十面体衣壳蛋白包裹着单股正链RNA病毒,家族成员可导致人手足口病、甲型肝炎、脊髓灰质炎等多种疾病。使用结构生物学、细胞生物学等技术手段,揭示小RNA病毒入侵宿主细胞、病毒脱衣壳的分子机制,设计抑制病毒入侵的小分子药物;筛选稳定性好和免疫原性佳的候选疫苗。
