研究方向:

  抑郁症的神经环路基础与治疗手段;社交奖赏的起源及神经环路基础;出生后压力应激对成年后压力易感性的影响及其分子与环路机制;长期社交及环境压力导致的激素和神经肽受体变化及其功能。

  实验室围绕社交行为障碍、精神疾病和情感障碍的神经机制开展研究工作。重点关注社交障碍和抑郁症神经环路机制。研究兴趣包括观察奖赏性和创伤性的社会经历如何在发育和环路水平上改变大脑及动物行为,并通过建立新的社交相关的行为范式来剖析不同的社交元素在社交活动中所起到的作用,并在此基础上检测社交功能障碍的分子和环路基础。我们使用转基因小鼠、化学遗传学、光遗传学、电生理学、病毒示踪工具、在体基因编辑、在体神经活动记录、啮齿类动物模型和分子生物学/生物化学方法来了解大脑和身体如何适应压力以调节抑郁和焦虑状态的病理行为。
