研究方向:

1.表观遗传信息调控胚胎发育:

表观遗传信息调控基因的表达和胚胎的发育。研究团队在建立新的表观遗传时空组学技术,研究表观遗传信息在胚胎发育和器官建立过程中的重编程动态变化,并揭示调控表观遗传重编程的分子机制,进而解析不同表观遗传调控信息对胚胎发育及器官建立的调控作用。

2. 表观遗传信息在生殖医学的临床应用

团队在国际上首创了使用DNA甲基化筛选胚胎的方法,近期我们在与生殖中心合作进行多中心随机对照临床试验。我们将结合人工智能等方法,建立筛选优质胚胎提高试管婴儿出生率的临床标准。同时我们还研究其它的改善辅助生殖的方法和技术。我们致力于将基础研究转化到临床中,帮助不孕不育患者获得后代,并减少出生缺陷的比例。
